Our principal passion and focus is agency covering golf hotel resorts right through to small golf academies and driving ranges. Full public marketing campaigns or discrete off market placings are handled with enthusiasm and expert care. We are well known for our discretion and our ability to fulfil client requirements. In addition to our agency skill set, our detailed knowledge of the golf sector enables us (be that in house or working alongside selected partners in the industry) to provide a wide range of professional services including: valuations, rating advice, structural surveys, M&E reports, business reviews, golf course agronomy reports and operational management. Graduating from Reading University in 1985 with a degree is Estate Management, and qualifying as a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1987, Ben Allen entered the golf market in 1989. After 7 years with William Hillary Leisure & Hotels, he was headhunted to join Humberts Leisure in 1996, subsequently joined its Board, and was instrumental in the sale of Humberts Leisure to GVA in 2011. Seeking a new challenge, Ben established Ben Allen Golf & Leisure in 2016, and in 2017 formed an association with HMH Golf & Leisure to create the undisputed leading golf agency team in the UK.
