A full planning application for the proposed Sancta Maria Hospital for the Healthcare Management Trust was submitted to Swansea Planning department on 11th December. The proposed two storey building will be located on the gateway site to SA1 Waterfront and will provide private healthcare facilities to Swansea and the South Wales region.
